Review of Call Recorder Pro. How to record a telephone conversation on Android? Other applications for recording mobile conversations

“Call Recorder Pro” is a voice recorder designed only for recording telephone conversations. This is exactly what is needed in most cases. The settings and functions are in complete order here: in this sense, of all the programs reviewed, “Call Recorder Pro” is the most focused on recording calls. The disadvantages of the program are standard: the program does not have an autoload function and beeps when recording a conversation.

Program settings

Consist of two parts. The first is general settings. This includes the items “Activate” (what starts the corresponding process, and makes it possible not to keep the program completely in memory), “Record format” (select AMR or WAV), storage location (phone memory or memory card), recording time (not limited or manually from one second to one hour), beep volume (low/loud). It’s the last point that upsets me most: they could have done more, and “turned it off” - there would have been no price for this program.

The second part of the settings is “Rules”. These settings make the program very advanced. Rules are the way the program reacts to incoming and outgoing calls from certain numbers. For each rule, actions are specified: Question, Incoming, Outgoing. The first means that before recording, the program will ask whether this conversation should be recorded. The second and third are the absence/presence of a reaction to the corresponding types of calls.

By default, two rules are created: for all calls and for unknown numbers. You can also create rules for selected subscribers from the contact book, for groups, as well as for any numbers in general that can be specified using a mask. The mask is specified by the digits of the number, as well as the symbols “*” (any number of digits) and “?” (any one digit). That is, if you want to allow all numbers with the code “903” to be recorded, you should write “*903*”, for numbers ending with “29” you will need to write “*29”, and for numbers +79131872260, +79131872261, ..., +79131872269 you will need to write “+7913187226?” The most inconvenient thing about this is that the created rules cannot be edited completely, you can only change the actions for them.

Program operation

We launch the program, configure it, activate it, and download it with a clear conscience. After activation, a process will be stored in memory that will monitor calls. It’s a pity that the developers did not provide for autoloading of the program.

The list is common for incoming and outgoing, and the entries do not differ in any way from each other. The program does not want to substitute the names of subscribers instead of numbers; instead, they made the “View contact” function (called by the “*” button) and additionally put the name in “Options”.

There is a function for viewing information about a call (“Options”, called up by pressing the “5” button), which, in addition to the date, time, number and duration, includes the path to the recording file and status (read/not). For the list, the functions of sending (Bluetooth/IrDA/MMS/E-Mail), deleting and packing work (those entries for which a corresponding file is not found are deleted).

Listening to recorded recordings - no pause, no rewind. Volume control only.

Pros, disadvantages, conclusions

The program is built competently, but minor imperfections spoil everything. Beeping while recording, lack of normal listening to recordings, “incomplete” call list, no autoloading. If we combine all the best that is in ALON MP3 Dictaphone (working with lists, player), LivePVR (no tweeter), AudioNotes (additional recording, recording levels) and “Call Recorder Pro” (call response system) - we would get a normal program for recordings of telephone conversations.

The beauty of Android is that even if your smartphone does not have some of the capabilities you need, the list of its functions can be easily expanded using the store. What can you find there! How about recording your conversations? During a conversation, important information may slip through that you were unable to remember or even hear, and it may be convenient to be able to listen to the recording.

As you might have guessed, this is possible with Android. Please note that in many countries, recording telephone conversations is illegal unless the other person is aware that the conversation will be recorded. Now that you are informed, you can follow this link to Google Play for the Automatic Call Recorder app.

This app doesn't just record calls. It has a sufficient set of functions to make you comfortable. For example, you can automatically save recordings not only locally on your device, but also in Dropbox or Google Drive. This is convenient if you want to access recordings from other devices. Three audio recording formats are supported: 3GP, AMR and WAV.

Time to talk about how the application works. Once you complete the setup, it will automatically launch and start recording as soon as you make or receive a call. To let you know that recording is in progress, a red indicator will light up in the notification area. As soon as you finish speaking, you will receive a notification that the recording is ready. By clicking on the notification, you can add a note to the recording, save it, listen to it, or delete it.

That's all, actually. Automatic Call Recorder does exactly one thing, but the way it is implemented in the application makes it one of the most elegant and convenient methods of recording conversations.

Based on materials from PhoneArena

Quite often, users are faced with a situation where they need to record an important conversation. For example, this is relevant for business workers, salespeople, consultants, because then you can listen to everything again without any problems.

But how to enable recording of phone calls on Android, what is needed for this, what changes have come with new versions of the operating system? GuruDroid. net invites you to familiarize yourself with useful information and find answers to your questions.

How to enable call recording on Android 6, 7, 8

Starting from version 6, Android devices now have a built-in call recording feature. She is also present onNougat 7 andOreo 8 , but not everything is so easy here. The fact is that manufacturers often block this option, and no amount of fraud can enable it. This usually happens on budget Chinese phones; companies simply don’t want to spend time expanding functionality due to the low cost of the product.

Fortunately, you will not encounter this problem on well-known brands such as Xiaomi, Meizu, Sony, etc. Samsung smartphones usually support 100% system call recording.

Now let’s look at how to enable it, and at the same time check its presence on the device:

  1. Let's go to "Telephone", dial the number we need or open it from "Contacts";
  2. As soon as the call starts, click on the ellipsis image. It is usually located on the right side of the screen;
  3. An additional menu appears in which we select "Start Recording". Now the conversation will be continuously recorded, and to stop this, just repeat the above steps and click "Stop recording".

The same should be done for an incoming call. If you don’t see the recording function, it means that it is not provided on your smartphone. Only third-party applications will help here, which we will discuss below.

Pros:

  • Clear sound, no interference; You can hear your voice, as well as the voice of your interlocutor, perfectly, which, unfortunately, not all recording programs can boast of.
  • Does not take up additional space on the internal memory, as does the recording program. Quite easy to turn on/off.

Minuses:

  • Quite poor functionality; there is no way to change the file resolution, its quality, or size. There is also no automatic recording stop at a certain minute of conversation.
  • It is impossible to sort calls by date, name, add notes to them, or mark important conversations. After recording, the file can only be found through an explorer or in a music player, from where it cannot be configured in any special way, but simply turns into ordinary audio, intended only for listening.
  • It is not available on all smartphones; if it is missing, it is problematic to enable it even with it.

1 Don’t want to constantly repeat the same procedure, but need to record all incoming and outgoing calls? Then the ideal solution would be automatic call recording, because it’s very easy to enable it on Android.

2 Do you communicate with a large number of people, but an appointment is required only for certain subscribers? So, set up the “Favorite Contacts” option, and no longer worry that you once again forgot to activate it during an important call. 3 You already know what call you will make, you need to record it, but you don’t want to quickly turn on this function during the conversation itself? In this case, you can easily set a one-time entry in the settings, and at the first call it activates itself.

We have described three possible situations, and now we will find out what algorithm of actions they have. First, go to the “Contacts” settings, at the very bottom of the list we see the “Call Recordings” option.

  • For situation #1: just move the slider to mode "Enabled" against "Auto call recording". An additional small menu appears where we set "All contacts".
  • For situation #2: reactivate "Auto call recording", but now we choose not "All contacts", A "The Chosen". Next, we are asked to mark these numbers. The quantity is usually unlimited.
  • For situation #3: click on the second item "Call Recordings" and choose "Disposable." Made.

Note! This setup is only possible if the smartphone officially supports the built-in recording function. If you achieved this with the help of root rights, special programs, tools, there is unlikely to be a positive result.

3 Best Phone Call Recording Apps

Has everyone already encountered a situation where there is no system function, but recording a conversation is simply necessary? Don’t despair, there is a way out, and a pretty good one – special recording applications.

There are hundreds of applications that differ radically in support options, quality and availability. Most are free utilities, but there are also paid ones that provide the user with maximum comfort.

“Call recording” from Appliqato

One of the best apps, which won the favor of thousands of users and featured excellent functional functionality. We are immediately greeted by a rather banal, but laconic design and clear interface.

There are only two folders on the main page "Inbox" And "Saved." All recorded conversations are located in the “Inbox”, and if desired, they can be saved, that is, moved to a second folder. The only downside is advertising, but it's easy to can be disabled in the paid version, which adds a few more useful little options.

The application has three operating modes: “Record all”, “Ignore all”, “Ignore contacts”. In the first case, by default, absolutely all conversations are recorded, in the second - only the numbers assigned in the settings, in the third - calls from unknown numbers, that is, not saved in “Contacts”.

CallRec

Another worthy application that allows you to work more flexibly with call recording. The main advantage is the built-in editor, thanks to which you can easily apply filters to a conversation, add comments, and send to another user.

The user can also configure the duration, start and end of recording. For example, disable recording of short conversations, activate recording to start at 1 minute or end after 3 minutes.

There are also sound notifications indicating the end of auto-recording, automatic deletion, or an error. There is another bonus: the presence of a voice recorder application. You can access it almost instantly; the recording is of high quality and free from interference.

Auto Call Recorder (formerly CallX)

Also a good program, considered one of the best in 2018. Allows you to adjust the sound quality, select audio formats and their size. You can enable automatic conversation recording or manual recording during the call itself. We are also pleased with the stylish updated design and intuitive interface.

There is an interesting feature: you just need to shake the device and the conversation will be recorded. Synchronization with cloud storages and free transfer of files to an SD card are possible.

The volume of recordings is not limited, the only obstacle is the memory of the phone itself. Works perfectly on all popular phones, not the slightest interference or error was noticed.

By default, files can be found using Explorer., For example, ES Conductor(you can find out more about this application in the article “”). Let's move on to internal memory, click AudioRecorder. The path may vary slightly depending on the brand and specific model.

If you recorded the conversation using a third-party program, then the files are stored in it. Typically these are the “Inbox”, “Outbox”, and “Saved” folders.

In the case of instant transfer of audio files to cloud storage, look for materials there.

Recently popular Viber, Skype, whatsapp and other similar applications has increased noticeably, because users are offered free communication from different parts of the world, the ability to correspond, call each other, without spending a penny. And increasingly there is a need to record such conversations, but system recording or some programs may not work.

You can record a conversation on Android using the system's built-in tools or third-party applications, provided that the mobile device manufacturer has not prohibited the use of this convenient function.

On Android there are no difficulties with voice recording: this feature is implemented in the system, and third-party developers are given access to the API. However, phone manufacturers in some countries may prohibit access to the voice recording feature. If you do not warn your interlocutor that you are recording your conversation with him on Android, he will not know about it. It’s easier for a manufacturer to remove auto-recording than to share responsibility for violating someone’s rights with unscrupulous phone owners. Manufacturers act in different ways:

  • Remove the driver from the kernel.
  • Disable the function in system libraries.

The ban can be circumvented by obtaining root rights and installing a different firmware. But it’s easier to buy another phone, for whose manufacturers recording any conversations on Android is not prohibited.

In firmware localized into Russian, it is usually possible to record telephone conversations. But only the author of the recording can listen to them without the consent of the interlocutor, otherwise the right to privacy of correspondence, telephone conversations, postal and other messages is violated. Keep this in mind before you press the record button.

To see if the built-in recording tool works, make any call. On the bottom panel, under the reset button, there will be different icons: speakerphone, microphone on/off, etc. If you see a record button (red circle), click on it. Time will appear at the top. After the telephone conversation ends, the recording will automatically stop. A message will appear on the screen indicating where the recorded conversation was saved. Using a file manager, navigate to the specified directory.

Third Party Applications

Even if you can record telephone conversations on an Android phone using built-in tools, a special application will not be superfluous. The programs offer a choice of where to save conversations, sort audio files by date, phone number, name, allow you to set marks, etc. Let's see how to record a telephone conversation on Android using them.

One of the most popular applications for saving conversations. It is distributed free of charge, but contains advertising. To remove banners, you must purchase the PRO version. By default, the application has automatic recording of all calls enabled. The main window of the program is divided into two sections: “Inbox” and “Saved”. The first section stores all incoming calls (their number is limited in the settings). The second section contains only telephone conversations that you specifically saved. You can play the recording directly from the Inbox tab to see if you need to save it. If you don't want to record your conversation, go to Settings and turn off automatic recording mode. The main thing is not to forget to turn it back on before a call, the contents of which need to be saved, since recording does not start in manual mode. Audio files can be sent directly to cloud storage Dropbox or Google Drive. In Google storage, the file ends up in the automatically created “Auto Call Recorder” folder. Immediately after completing the recording, you can make text notes on the file to quickly recall the content of the conversation. For the program to work correctly, a small preliminary setup is required, namely:

In addition, you can activate the automatic volume increase option to improve audio quality. In the “Filters” section, you can specify the size of the “Inbox” section, as well as set exceptions - contacts with whom conversations will not be recorded.

Recording calls/conversations from SMSROBOT LTD

The recording quality is not inferior to Automatic Call Recorder, and it is also possible to send the file to Google or Dropbox cloud storage. In addition, there is an audio PIN code protection feature. You can select individual contacts whose conversations will be recorded - in Automatic Call Recorder this option is only available in the paid version. The sound source and quality are selected experimentally. The file can be saved in WAV or MP3 format. You can choose a microSD card or internal memory as the storage location, setting a limit on the occupied space. The downside of the application is that it is not very convenient to work with the file after the end of the conversation. If you can quickly add notes in Automatic Call Recorder, here you first need to click on the entry, then select the add note icon and only then type the text.

The ACR app may not work on some devices (particularly the latest Samsung smartphones running Android 6.0), so try selecting different audio sources to make sure it works at all before messing around with its other settings. In addition, the free version does not have some of the functions that the above programs offer: storing files in the cloud, selecting specific contacts to record conversations. But in the settings there are several options that other programs do not provide at all - for example, choosing a mode (manual or automatic). You can set which contacts to record or not record, depending on whether the call is incoming or outgoing.

This is just a small part of the applications for saving conversations. You can find a dozen more similar programs on Google Play, but first of all, look at these three applications, as they have maximum functionality and receive mostly positive reviews.

ACR - automatic and manual recording of telephone conversations in Android

The Android operating system does not have a built-in phone call recording tool. However, there are many applications available on the Google Play Market that will help eliminate this drawback. One of the best programs for recording telephone calls in manual and automatic modes, in my opinion, is ACR Call Recorder ( ACR). The application has a convenient Russian-language interface and very flexible settings.

The main ACR window looks like this:

First of all, pay attention to the on/off switch. With it, you can quickly enable or disable recording of phone calls. It also supports the ability to quickly empty the "Trash" into which deleted phone call recordings are placed. Recording modes and other program parameters are located in the Settings menu.

Settings

Are common

Request a PIN code - protect the application using a PIN code. You can set a PIN code that will need to be entered to open the ACR:

Notifications - if this option is active, information about the ACR operation status will be displayed in the notification area:

Recycle Bin - if this option is active, then deleted files are first moved to the Recycle Bin, from where they can be restored if necessary. The files are finally deleted by emptying the Recycle Bin.

Play on click- if this option is active, then playback starts with a short press on a specific call recording. Long pressing on an entry opens the following menu with available actions:

If the option is not active, then this menu opens with a short press on the recorded call.

Internal media player- if the option is active, then recorded calls will be played back using the audio player built into ACR. Otherwise, the application will provide the option to select another installed audio player:

Library - if this option is active, the recorded calls will be added to the music library of your Android device.

Clear database- go to the list with all recorded calls (incoming and outgoing), where they can be deleted.

Record

Are common
Recording folder- select the folder in which recorded calls will be saved. Both internal and external memory cards are supported.

Recording format - select the file format for recorded conversations:

List of supported formats: 3GP, AMR, MP4, MP4-HQ, M4A, M4A-HQ, OGG, OGG-HQ, WAV, WAV-HQ, FLAC, FLAC-HQ. Unfortunately, the MP3 audio format familiar to most users is not supported. You can only choose the most suitable format experimentally, when you are completely satisfied with the recording quality and file size. I myself have settled on WAV for now (1 minute of recorded conversation takes approximately 1 MB).

Audio boost - you can adjust the audio volume boost for recorded calls. This option is not available for all formats and may distort the sound with crackling:

Gain range -20 dB to +20 dB. I did not use this setting, because... The standard volume (0 dB, i.e. without amplification) suits me completely.

Always ask for confirmation- if the option is active, after each phone call the application will provide the option to save or not save the recording:

Automatic removal- you can activate the option to automatically delete old conversations after a specified number of days:

Delete short entries- you can activate the option to automatically delete short conversations:

Range from 1 second to 60 seconds ("0" - off). For example, if you select "30", then recorded conversations lasting less than 30 seconds will be automatically deleted.

Recording Mode
Recording a conversation- choice between automatic and manual recording of telephone conversations:

In automatic mode, all incoming and outgoing calls will be recorded without user intervention. In manual mode, to start recording a conversation, you need to click on a special button in the call window:

Outgoing recording delay- recording of an outgoing call will begin a set number of seconds after a successful connection:

Range from 1 to 20 seconds ("0" - off). The recommended value is 2 seconds. If recording outgoing conversations does not work correctly on your smartphone, it is recommended to change this parameter down or up (most often).

Incoming recording delay- recording of an incoming call will begin a set number of seconds after a successful connection:

Range from 1 to 20 seconds ("0" - off). The recommended value is 0 seconds. If recording incoming conversations does not work correctly on your smartphone, it is recommended to change this setting upward.

Audio source - the source of the voice recording. By default, VOICE_CALL is used, which supports recording of both interlocutors (if your smartphone supports such recording):

Available values: VOICE_CALL, MIC, VOICE_DOWNLINK, VOICE_UPLINK, VOICE_COMMUNICATION, VOICE_RECOGNITION. If recording in VOICE_CALL mode is incorrect (for example, one of the interlocutors is not heard), the ACR application developer recommends trying a different source. These recording sources may work differently on different devices. On my Samsung GalaxyS3 DUOS smartphone, the default source VOICE_CALL is functioning properly.

Speaker - this option is available if MIC is selected as the audio source. It automatically turns on the speakerphone during a call. The developer warns that this option may disconnect Bluetooth communications with other devices.

Recording via Bluetooth - if the option is active, calls will be recorded when a Bluetooth headset or external speaker is connected. However, this option does not work correctly on all smartphones.

Bluetooth audio source- voice recording source when a Bluetooth headset or external speaker is connected. This option will become available if you activate Bluetooth recording:

Available values: VOICE_CALL, MIC, VOICE_DOWNLINK, VOICE_UPLINK, VOICE_COMMUNICATION. If the recording in the “Default” mode is incorrect (for example, one of the interlocutors is not heard), the ACR application developer recommends trying a different source.

Filter for entry
Incoming calls - select phone numbers to automatically record conversations for incoming calls:

All calls- all incoming calls will be recorded.

Known numbers only- incoming calls from all numbers in your contact list (phone book) will be recorded.

Contact list- incoming calls will only be recorded from selected numbers from your contact list (phone book):

Check the boxes next to the numbers from which you want to record incoming calls.

Only unknown numbers- incoming calls will only be recorded from numbers that are not in your contact list (phone book).

Only if the number is hidden- incoming calls only from unknown (unidentified) phone numbers will be recorded.

Switched off- all incoming calls will not be recorded.

Outgoing calls- selection of telephone numbers for automatic recording of conversations for outgoing calls:

All calls- all outgoing calls will be recorded.

Known numbers only- outgoing calls to all numbers from your contact list (phone book) will be recorded.

Contact list- outgoing calls will be recorded only to selected numbers from your contact list (phone book):

Check the boxes next to the numbers you want to record outgoing calls to.

Only unknown numbers- outgoing calls will only be recorded to numbers that are not in your contacts list (phone book).

Switched off- all outgoing calls will not be recorded.

Excluded numbers- calls from the numbers specified in this list will not be recorded:

You can add a number manually or from the phone book.

Adding a number manually:

Adding a number from the phone book:

Check the boxes next to the required numbers and they will automatically be added to the exclusion list.

Included numbers- calls from the numbers specified in this list will always be recorded (if they are not added to “Excluded numbers”):

The process of adding numbers is similar to the previous point: manually or from the contacts list (phone book).

Listening to recorded telephone conversations
There are 4 tabs available in the main ACR window: All, Inbox, Outbox, Important. Each tab displays the time of the call, the number of the interlocutor, the file size of the recorded conversation, the duration and length of the call. The total number of recorded conversations in this list is displayed in the lower left corner of the screen, and the size of recorded conversations and the amount of available space are displayed in the lower right corner.

All Tab

List of all recorded conversations: incoming (with a green arrow) and outgoing (with a red arrow).

Inbox tab

List of incoming recorded conversations.

Outbox tab

List of outgoing recorded conversations.

"Important" tab

List of recorded conversations marked as "Important". To place a recorded conversation in this list, while in any of the 3 tabs (Outbox, Inbox, All), press on the desired recorded conversation and hold for about 1 second until the following menu appears:

Click on the “transparent star”, and this recorded conversation will appear in the “Important” tab. A transparent asterisk means that this conversation is not on the “List” of important ones.

A conversation marked as “important” remains in the “All”, “Outbox” / “Inbox” tabs, and is marked with a red stripe in these tabs:

To remove a conversation from the "Important" list, while in any of the 4 tabs (Outbox, Inbox, All, Important), press on the desired recorded conversation and hold for about 1 second until the following menu appears:

Click on the “red star” and this conversation will be removed from the “Important” tab. A red star means the conversation is on the "Important" list. However, please note that deleting recorded conversations from the Important list using the Delete option will also remove them from the All, Inbox and Outbox lists.

Listening to recorded conversations
To listen to a recorded conversation, click on it once (if the "General -> Play by click" option is active) or press and hold until the following menu appears:

and select "Play". If the option "General -> Play by pressing" is inactive, then this menu will open by pressing once (without holding).

After this, playback of the recorded conversation will begin in the built-in or external player. I use the player built into ACR:

The caller's number is displayed here, as well as the current playback position and duration of the recorded call. Basic commands are available to the user: play/pause, stop, fast forward/rewind. In addition, using the slider you can quickly move forward/backward. The sound can be reproduced from the external (rear) and internal (from where we hear the interlocutor during a conversation) speaker.

Sorting recorded conversations
By default, new conversations appear at the top of the list. To display older conversations at the top of the list, click the Sort icon:

Unfortunately, other sorting methods are not provided, i.e. Sorting of recorded conversations is available only by time.

Searching for recorded conversations
To find the conversation you need, use the search:

Start typing letters or numbers and you'll see results immediately.

Additional menu items for a recorded conversation
And at the end of the article, let's look at the remaining menu items of the recorded conversation:

Note - the ability to add a text comment to a recorded conversation:

Close- close the note.

Update- if the note has been edited, then use this item to save the changes.

Send - send a recorded conversation through an external application:

From here you can send a recorded conversation via bluetooth, email, and also open an audio file through another application installed on your mobile device (for example, add to archive, encrypt, etc.).

Call - call this subscriber:

Select an application to make a call.

Add to excluded- adding the number of this subscriber to the "Excluded" list. Thus, conversations with these subscribers will no longer be recorded.

Delete - delete a recorded conversation:

To confirm deletion, click "Yes", to cancel - "No". If the "General -> Trash" option is active, then the deleted conversations will be placed in the Trash, from where they can be restored if necessary. If the "General -> Trash" option is inactive, then the recorded conversations will be deleted immediately (without being placed in the Trash) without the possibility of recovery. Be careful! To enter the Cart, press the "Menu" button and select the "Cart" item:

For recorded conversations placed in the Trash, you can see all the information that is displayed in the Inbox, Outbox, All, and Important tabs. Sorting and searching are also available here.

To select a recorded conversation, you need to click on it once, after which it will be marked with a white “tick” against the background of a gray circle. For multiple selection, simply click on each conversation:

Notice the toolbar at the top of the screen. Here you can restore selected conversations, delete them permanently, or select all conversations in the Trash. To return to the All tab, click on the “arrow” or the “Back” hardware button.

Work simultaneously with several recorded conversations
Another useful feature of the ACR program is the ability to work simultaneously with several recorded telephone conversations (in all lists, including in the Trash). To the left of each recorded conversation there is a place for the subscriber’s photo:

If this person is in your phone book and has a photo, it is displayed in this area.

To select several recorded conversations for work, you need to click once on the photo or “stub” (if there is no photo):

Selected recorded conversations are indicated by a white checkmark on a gray circle. Now look at the toolbar at the top of the screen.

Delete - delete selected recorded conversations:

To confirm deletion, click "Yes", to cancel - "No". If the "General -> Trash" option is active, then the deleted conversations will be placed in the Trash, from where they can be restored if necessary. If the "General -> Trash" option is inactive, then the recorded conversations will be deleted immediately (without being placed in the Trash) without the possibility of recovery. Be careful!

Send - send selected recorded conversations through an external application:

From here you can send recordings via bluetooth, email, and also open an audio file through another application installed on your mobile device (for example, add to archive, encrypt, etc.).

Important - place the selected recorded conversations in the "Important" list. Pressing them again removes them from the "Important" list. At the same time, the entries will still be available in the “All”, “Inbox” or “Outbox” lists.

Select all - quickly selects all recorded conversations from this list. Pressing it again removes the selection.

Backup - make a backup copy of selected recorded conversations:

When the backup is complete, a message will be displayed with information about where the selected records were saved:

To close this message, click "Yes". In the specified folder, saved backup copies of recorded conversations contain the subscriber's name and phone number in the file name:

Please note that conversation files in the recording folder (Settings -> General -> Recording folder) contain only the subscriber's phone number in the file name:
