Update 1.4:

Bugs and shortcomings fixed

Makes available LOOT:

Oars

Other changes:

You will not be able to forge the Bonehawk Amulet and Ring until you visit Castle Volkihar. The ring gives a bonus to melee combat.
. You will not be able to forge a Helmet from Beetle Chitin until you visit the Forgotten Valley.
.You will not be able to forge armor from the “Chitin” and “Bone” sections, and cook Horker Sweet Potato Stew and Boiled Boar Meat until you visit Solstheim.
. You will not be able to forge materials for the house until the corresponding quest begins.
.The ability to forge armor and weapons from the “Imperial” section will appear after joining the legion, or after the Battle of Solitude.
. The "Draugr" section in the Sky Forge has been renamed to "Ancient Nordic".
. In the smelter, the menu depends on the presence of ore in the inventory.
. The scarlet root of nirn, the skins of the valley saber and deer can be sold for more money (what’s the matter when they pay pennies for such a rarity)
. Food processed. Item merchants no longer sell or buy soul stones, spell books, scrolls, recipes, staves, heavy armor, two-handed weapons, lockpicks, skooma, human parts, torn clothing, instruments of torture, damaged items. Lockpicks are sold by merchants affiliated with the Thieves Guild. The Drunken Hunter now sells light armor, daggers, bows and axes (that is, everything for hunting). Grelha of Riften only buys and sells light armor. Brand-Shay now actually sells Morrowind items. From the Dremora merchant you can buy ebony, dragon, dwemer and daedric.
Shining Clothes no longer sells necromancer's robes and torn clothes. Colored monastic robes and an executioner's kit have been added to the product range.
The contents of dead animals and some creatures have been reprocessed. Now instead of one eye of a saber tooth, a antennae of a charus, a mammoth tusk, etc. you will find two, horkers have three fangs (naturally, to create a trophy from a horker’s head in the estates you will need three fangs), from werewolves you can get werewolf skin. You will also no longer find jewelry, gold, or gems in dead animals (except for dragons, werewolves, ashen creatures, and gargoyles)
. The werewolf skin is parsed in a tanning machine.
. Goat and werewolf skin models have an adequate position in the inventory.
. Embalmed draugr (those that definitely won't rise) will no longer have weapons or armor.
. Raw meat reduces health and strength.
. In Castle Volkihar you can collect blood from barrels.
.The crest on the Full Imperial Helmet is now red.
.Renamed some clothes and things with the same name (clothes, boots, bowl, plate, etc.)
. Changes the mixed up names of bracers and gloves.
. The sound of feet without shoes is attached to the Falmer greaves.
. The roasted head and legs of an ox are food in Sovngarde.
. Changes the name "Gold" to "Septim".
.Two species of deer with the same name "Deer" have been renamed "Big Antler Deer" "Female Big Antler Deer" and "Reindeer".
.Julianos renamed to Julianos.
. The "House of the House of Valindor" key has been renamed to the "Key of the House of Valindor".
. The Severin Estate in Raven Rock is now open for display.
. Having found broken parts of iron and steel weapons during your adventures, you can forge them into a full-fledged weapon in the forge.
. Hoops can be worn with magical robes with hoods or just hoods.
. Fixed the display of the table with chairs in Hjerim's bedroom.
And other small changes.

Installation: copy the "Data" folder to the root folder of the game.

A mod for TESV: Skyrim that restores some of the content cut from the game.

The mod brings back several NPCs, a number of small quests, and some unused content to the game. If during the passage you sometimes had a feeling of slight understatement, then you have come to the right place! This mod may help overcome it.

NPCs were implemented according to this list on UESP.

The content related to the civil war is quite complex; to restore it, I recommend paying attention to the Civil War Overhaul mod.

Description:

Description:
Once again we are witnessing the fact that Bethesda, when creating the game Skyrim, committed another absurdity by removing from the game some plot “radiant” quests, some NPCs who are directly participants in the “cut out” quests and plots, as well as other small details related to various locations, for example, one scene of dialogue between the character and several bandits in the “Rat Hole” was cut out, and some locations were also restored (read the list below). Maybe this was how it should have been, maybe they were just lazy, or maybe they thought that these quests, NPCs and other events were simply unnecessary, but the fact remains a fact. You probably had the feeling that in the game, some stories seemed to be under-told and did not have a logical conclusion in a given situation? And it's all Bethesda's doing.
The author of this mod, known to everyone for implementing all the unofficial patches, decided to restore everything that was cut from the game by the developers for one reason or another, which only the developers of the Skyrim game know.

Updates:

Spoiler

Update:3.0.1
- Fixed some missing water data updates.
- All meshes files have been updated to the new .nif format for SSE.
- I inserted one file with Russian voice acting for one dialogue (“If you suddenly find it, please bring it”), which in the previous version could not be inserted into .bsa, since there was no utility for packing into .bsa

Update:3.0.0
- Converted the mod for the game Skyrim Special Edition
- Since there is no utility for unpacking and packing .bsa files for Skyrim Special Edition yet, I could not embed one dialogue file of Russian voice acting for one Persian, sorry, this is the only way for now.
- Corrected “crazy words” in words. The mod version is unchanged.

All game changes:
- The list is simply huge, read the readme in the archive.

Example of content that was cut and not included in the game:
- NPCs not included in the game (restored)
- Quests not included in the game (restored)
- Some locations were cut out (restored)
- One of the scenes of the dialogue between the main character and the bandits was cut out (restored)
- Quests related to the civil war were also cut out, but the author of this mod did not restore them, as they were too complex (not restored)

More details:
- Briefly, in a nutshell... This mod restores in the game everything that was cut by the developers and was not included in the game for one reason or another

What was restored:
