1c 8.3 is not installed on xp.

Installing a 1C Enterprise server on a Windows platform is a simple and intuitive task that even an inexperienced administrator can handle. However, we decided to devote a couple of lines to it in order to bring final clarity to this issue and to give our cycle completeness and completeness.

As you know, repetition is the mother of learning, it is always useful to update knowledge, especially since sometimes the installation of the 1C Enterprise server turns into a prefabricated hodgepodge of all kinds of components, half of which are not needed on the server.

First of all, let's talk about versions. At the moment, 1C offers a server in two editions of 32 and 64 bits, which differ primarily in the cost of 42,000 and 72,000 rubles. It should be remembered that a 64-bit server license gives you the right to use the 32-bit version, but not vice versa. For normal operation of the 1C Enterprise server, the protection key must be physically connected to the server, however, to successfully launch application solutions, you will need a network key for the required number of users, both keys can be physically located on the same server, they do not interfere with each other. Learn more about keys.

A widespread mistake is installing the wrong version of the server, when a 64-bit server is installed on a 64-bit server OS with a license for a 32-bit one. Therefore, before installing, carefully check which version you purchased from you.

To install the 32-bit version of the server, the same distribution kit is used as to install the client part. Let's start the installation program and carefully examine the window of available components:

The first three points are not of interest to us - these are various options for client platforms that are not needed on the server. I think it is unnecessary to say that you should not combine the role of the 1C Enterprise server and the role of the terminal server. The only role with which a 1C server can be combined is a database server, subject to a low load and sufficient resources that are correctly distributed between roles. First of all, it is necessary to limit the DBMS's appetites for RAM and it is highly desirable to store the database on a separate disk array.

Main component - Server 1C: Enterprise, it seems to us unnecessary to clarify its purpose. If you intend to use a web server or thin client over the Internet, you should install Web Server Extension Modules, component 1C: Enterprise server administration is optional, it can (and should) be installed on the administrator's workstation.

The 64-bit version is simpler, this installation package contains only the 1C Enterprise server:

As you can see, the 64-bit distribution does not contain a server administration component; if necessary, it should be installed from a 32-bit distribution.

If the localization of your OS does not match the language of the 1C interface, then do not forget to additionally install the necessary ones and explicitly select them in the next step. For example, when installing the Ukrainian version of 1C on the Russian localization of the OS.

To start the services of the 1C Enterprise server, you can use the Administrator account or, which will be more correct and secure, a special account USR1CV82... If this account does not exist, you will be prompted to create one during installation.

When setting the password, remember that it must comply with the security policy, otherwise you will get an error 8007056B / 800708C5, in this case you will need to manually set a new password for this user. Also, a blank password is not allowed, even if your security policy allows it.

Another possible error is the incorrectly specified password for an existing account, this usually happens when updating the platform, in which case you will receive an error:

Two options are possible here. If you remember the password, then abort the installation and run it again, specifying the password correctly. Otherwise click Skip and change the user's password USR1CV82 to the one you specified during installation. Then start the service Server agent 1C: Enterprise 8.2 manually.

Also, do not forget that the server and client platform versions must be the same, and the next step is to install (update) the client platforms. If you need to update the server version, we advise you to first delete the previous one after Add and remove programs and only after that install the new version, all settings will be saved.

To install the 1C 8.3 or 8.2 program, it is not necessary to have any special skills. It is necessary to separate such concepts as the 1C platform and configuration (for example, 1C Accounting). The 1C platform itself does not store data. It provides access to them and controls how the configuration works. The data itself is stored in the infobase. There can be several of them, and each configuration stores the structure and rules for processing this data.

You can install 1C 8.3 without a license, even at home. That's enough for that.

The installation folder contains many files, but you only need to run "setup.exe".

On all tabs except the Custom Installation tab, click Next. It is advisable to select the first three components and the component "Interfaces in different languages" if necessary.

At the end of the installation, the program will install the protection driver by default (this flag can be cleared). It is recommended not to remove it, then all drivers will be installed automatically.

How to install the 1C configuration

To install the configuration, run the "setup.exe" file from the corresponding archive. There is no need to make additional settings. Click "Next" until the configuration is installed. If there is not enough mass in the template directory, choose another one.

Adding a new infobase

After you have successfully installed the 1C platform and the required configuration, you can start adding a new infobase. Launch the "1C Enterprise" shortcut on your desktop.

Your list of infobases will be displayed in the window that opens. Click on the "Add" button.

If you are adding a new infobase, as in our example, select Create a new infobase. If the infobase was previously created, select another item.

The base can be created either from a template or an empty one. Due to the fact that we have already set the configuration earlier, the base will be created from the template. Select the appropriate template and click Next.

If the infobase already exists, then in the settings you will only need to specify its name and location.

How to install 1C Enterprise 8.3? This question torments many newbies, in fact, it is much easier than you might think! You don't have to be at all for this. In this step-by-step instruction I will tell you the process of installing the 1C 8.3 program and how to set up the 1C configuration using the example of "1C Enterprise Accounting 8" with the Windows operating system. The procedure is absolutely similar for other applications, such as 1C Trade Management.

By the way, if you haven't bought 1C yet, you can order any 1C program and customization services from. Delivery and installation of 1C PROF in Moscow and regions for free!

The installation can be conditionally divided into 2 small steps:

  1. The first step is to install the 1C 8 platform itself and
  2. Configuration installation: There are a lot of 1C configurations, and it is not possible to consider installing all of them. For example, I take the most popular configuration - 1C Enterprise Accounting.

Typically, configuration files are packaged in an archive, in which the installation files. It looks something like this:

In the archive you need to find and run the file "setup.exe".

A window like this will appear:

Here it is necessary for the first three points, as in the picture, to set the parameter "This component will be installed on the hard disk". Also, in the menu of interface languages, you can specify the one you need (by default, they are Russian / English).

This article will discuss in detail the algorithm for installing the client part of the 1C: Enterprise system. 8.3 (for versions 8.2 , 8.1 and 8.0 the installation algorithm is the same for the installation of the 1C: Enterprise system 7.7 I wrote) in operating systems of the family. Typical options for 1C: Enterprise operation are considered, and a brief description of all system components will be provided.

0. Initial information about the 1C: Enterprise system

The 1C: Enterprise system is a collection of software modules designed for the development and use of applied solutions ( configurations) - on accounting and automation of economic activities of enterprises. The software modules of the 1C: Enterprise system are universal and capable of working with any configuration. R Working with information bases is possible both in file and in client-server option.

In the case of working with a file infobase, the database files are located either directly on the computer of the user working in the program 1C: Enterprise, or on a network resource to which 1C: Enterprise is connected to work with an infobase. The figures below show the most common scenarios for the operation of the 1C: Enterprise system with file databases.

This mode of operation is suitable only for infobases with which a small number of users work simultaneously.

If it is assumed that a large number of users will work with the infobase at the same time, or if a significant load on the infobase is expected, use server cluster "1C: Enterprise"... In this case, the database files will be located in a separately installed DBMS (database management system), and the server cluster will interact with the end user with this DBMS. In general, the 1C: Enterprise system will work as follows:

I wrote in detail about the installation of a 1C: Enterprise server cluster in the article. Further we will focus only on the installation client application 1C: Enterprise systems, that is, system modules required to work with file infobases or to connect to an existing 1C: Enterprise server cluster. For this we need:

  1. The computer responsible for installing the 1C: Enterprise client application under Windows operating systems.
  2. Local administrator rights on this computer.
  3. Distribution kit for installing modules of the 1C: Enterprise system. This example uses the version 8.3.4.389 ... Installation of modules of the 1C: Enterprise system of earlier versions is similar.
  4. or, suitable for the required 1C: Enterprise mode of operation.

1. Installation of the components of the 1C: Enterprise system

Open the directory with the 1C: Enterprise installation files and run the filesetup.exe.

The installation assistant for 1C: Enterprise 8 will start, click " Further" on the first page.

On the next page, you can change the folder for installing 1C: Enterprise modules by clicking the button Change"And specifying a new path for installation, as well as select those components that will be installed. The list of components depends on what needs to be installed. Depending on the type of distribution, not all components may be available for installation. If you need to install any component (or cancel the installation), you need to mark it by clicking the icon to the left of the component name (or the key Space), in the menu that appears, select one of the options:

  • This component will be installed on the local hard drive.
  • This component will be unavailable.

Here is a brief description of the installed components:

  • 1C: Enterprise- the main components of 1C: Enterprise, including components for administration, configuration, thick and thin clients.
  • 1C: Enterprise - thin client- thin client components only for work in the client-server version.
  • 1C: Enterprise - thin client, file version- thin client components, including components for working with the file-based infobase.
  • Server 1C: Enterprise- components of the 1C: Enterprise server (read more about installing the 1C: Enterprise server).
  • Web Server Extension Modules- web server extension modules required for the web client and web services (read more about configuring web access to 1C: Enterprise databases).
  • 1C: Enterprise server administration- additional components for administering a 1C: Enterprise server cluster.
  • Interfaces in different languages- user interfaces in various languages.
  • 1C: Enterprise configuration storage server- components of the 1C: Enterprise configuration repository server.
  • Converter IB 1C: Enterprise 7.7- information base converter.

After selecting the necessary components for installation, click " Further».

At the next step, you need to select the interface language to be used in the future (by default, the language of the operating system). Having specified the interface language, click " Further».

Click " Install"To start the installation of the" 1C: Enterprise "system.

Upon completion of the installation process, the assistant will offer to install the protection driver - HASP Device Driver. It is necessary to install the protection driver only if the USB port given the computer will be installed with a hardware HASP4 NET security key (the driver can be installed later using the menu item “ Start» — « Programs» — « 1C Enterprise 8» — « Installing HASP Device Driver"). We keep or remove the flag “Install protection driver"And click" Further».

If the installation was successful, the final page of the installation wizard opens. If we leave the flag “ Open the Readme file", A file with information will be opened, which is kind of recommended to read before using this version of the system. Click " Ready»To complete the wizard.

2. Adding an infobase to the list of infobases

During installation, a shortcut will be created on the desktop to launch 1C: Enterprise. If you start it, the 1C: Enterprise launcher will open with an empty list of infobases and a proposal to add a new infobase to the list.

The next steps depend on the specific situation:

  • If you need to create a new database to start accounting, click " No»And first of all, we install the template of the typical configuration, and only then, based on the template, we create a new infobase. Read more about this in the article
  • If you need to connect to an existing infobase, click " Yes»And add this database to the list of infobases. Read how to do this in the article.

3. Installing a 1C: Enterprise license

Software products "1C: Enterprise" version 8can be protected from copying by hardware LPT or USB keys of the HASP4 Net type from the company Aladdin or through a software licensing system. Simultaneous use of both types of protection is also possible. After installing the system "1C: Enterprise" and the creation of information bases, it remains only to install a license for the operation of "1C: Enterprise".

  • I wrote about the installation and configuration of HASP protection keys in the article ""
  • I wrote about the software licensing system in the article "", and also about the case of the initial license acquisition in the article "".

Windows 8.1 Pro.

1C enterprise, version 8.3.4.465.

ZUP 3.0 database.

It is necessary to establish access to the specified ZUP database via an Internet browser or a thin client.

For ease of understanding, all actions will be described from the control panel.

    2. Publishing a database from 1C enterprise.

After installing IIS, you need to run the configurator as a local administrator and publish the database.

  1. The configurator will configure IIS itself.

We agree to restart the IIS server after publishing the new database.

    7. Open the port in the firewall.

Control Panel - Windows Firewall - Advanced Options.

Create a rule for incoming connections for the selected port.

8. Organization of work via the Internet.

In order to access the database from the "open Internet", you must purchase a "white IP address" from your provider. Figuratively speaking, this will be your digital identifier by which all computers on the Internet will recognize you. If your web server will be with this address, then nothing else needs to be done. If the Internet will distribute a router, or another computer with a proxy server (i.e. a gateway), then on this gateway you need to open some of the ports and redirect it to the IIS working port on the web server. In the gateway settings, you must specify the incoming port, and where the traffic is redirected - the IP address and port of the web server.

  1. 9. Launching the browser.

In my case, the browser launch line will look like this:

http - protocol indication.

i7 - dns computer name or ip address of the web server.

180 - IIS port (you can leave it blank if the default port)

hrm30 - publication directory (c: \ inetpub \ wwwroot \ HRM30)

For a thin client, the string is specified in the connection settings.

Everything, you can work!

In the future, you need to remember to update the publication after updating the enterprise 1C platform.
