Installing and configuring the scanner. Connecting the scanner to a computer and creating an office network How to find a scanner on a laptop

Good day!

Despite the fact that in recent years the quality of photos from cameras (which are in every phone) has grown significantly, you still cannot do without a scanner. And if we are concerned with office work or study, then without him and not there, and not here ...

In this article I will give you the sequential steps for connecting and configuring the scanner, taking pictures (scans) from it and processing them. On the one hand, there is nothing seemingly overcomplicated in this matter, on the other hand, the truth lies in the details, and many who rarely encounter this stumble upon difficulties.

And so, now closer to the topic ...

Also help!

Printer not printing? There is one small instruction with a solution to this problem.-

How to connect a scanner and install drivers

Usually, the connection itself is not difficult: just plug the scanner into the network and connect it with a USB cable to a PC (as in the diagram below). If the LEDs on the body of the device light up, perhaps a faint rattling sound was heard - then the scanner has started working ...

Problems, most often, arise with the installation and configuration of drivers ... I will consider several possible cases.

1) You have a driver and scanning software on the CD

Perhaps the most favorable option. If you have such a disk, everything is installed from it, and the PC / laptop sees the scanner - most likely, you do not need my article (at least the first 2 parts of it).

2) Windows was able to automatically detect the device

If you don't have a CD, but when you connect the scanner to Windows, it automatically picks up and installs a driver for it - that's good! (see the screen below, what the window looks like when "firewood" was supplied for the connected device)

However, I recommend that you go to the device Manager and check if there are any yellow exclamation marks (indicating problematic / missing drivers) in front of the scanner. See below about this.

3) We are looking for and install the driver "manually"

The worst case scenario ... So, first we open device Manager (to do this, press Win + R, and in the window that opens, enter the command devmgmt.msc). See example below.

Next, pay attention to the tabs "Other devices", "Imaging devices". If the driver is not installed on the scanner, you should see one device with a yellow exclamation mark (as in the example below).

Right-click on it and open its properties.

Then in the "Details" tab: in the "Properties" column, select "Equipment ID" and copy the first line of the values (see screen below).

This line contains VID and PID (unique hardware identifiers, each equipment has its own, unique). Knowing them, you can manually find the driver for this hardware.

After that, paste the copied line into any of the search engines (Google, Yandex, etc.) and search. It will almost certainly be possible to download the required driver on the first 3-5 sites found. It remains to download / install. I omit this step ...

By the way, if you are dealing with old equipment, it is possible that it will not have an auto-installer for the driver (i.e. all the drivers for the scanner will simply be compressed in the archive). In this case, you will need to then reopen the device manager, find the scanner, and run the driver update (see example below).

Update driver / device manager

Search this PC (clickable)

Specify the folder where you unzipped the files and click "Next".

Specify the folder with drivers (clickable)

Windows will think for a few seconds, and if the driver that you need was loaded, you will see a window about successful installation.

After that, in the device manager you should see the name of your scanner without any exclamation marks and red crosses (see screenshot below).

What programs are needed for scanning

In general, in Windows, by default, there are no programs that are designed to work with the scanner (which is somewhat inconvenient. Only in Windows 10 they began to think about it ...). I will consider below the most 3 common solutions.

Programs that come with the driver from the manufacturer

Almost every manufacturer of scanners, complete with drivers, produces special. applications that simplify the scanning process. Ideally, of course, it is desirable to use these particular tools. But this is not always possible, for example, the application may not work in your version of the OS, it may not have some functions, etc.

CanoScan ToolBox / Manufacturer Application

ABBY Fine Reader

Trial version limitations: 100 pages for recognition; software works within 30 days after installation.

One of the best scanning software. Allows you not only to receive a scan from the device, but also to recognize text, tables on it, and then save it in the desired format: PDF, Word, Html, etc. There are automatic and manual operation modes, file check for errors, auto-rotation of pages, auto-cutting of wide book pages (etc.).

Fine Reader main window (appears when you first start the program)

Note that the program has a very well thought-out and user-friendly interface. At the first start, the entire process of scanning and working with a document is accompanied by a convenient "wizard" that will guide you through all the hardships step by step ...

Note: perhaps the only drawback of the program is that it is not free (and it costs no less than MS Office).

Scanner app (for Windows 10)

Windows 10 has a pretty good scanning app (and it's completely free). To install it - go to Windows settings, and open the "Devices" section.

Your device should appear in the list of printers and scanners.

Having selected it, you should see the "Control" button - click on it.

Further installation without comments (see screen below) ...

Scanning and saving the result in JPG, PDF

Addition!

One of the common office tasks is to scan an A4 sheet (document) into an image format (say JPG or PDF). The easiest way to do this is to use the Fine Reader program (fortunately, the demo version allows you to use it for up to 30 days for free).

After starting the program, select the option "Scan and save images" from the menu (a similar window always appears the first time you start the program).

Fine Reader launch window (clickable)

  1. resolution: I recommend scanning with a resolution of at least 300 DPI (the higher the number of dots, the better the quality of the resulting image, however, the larger its size).
  2. scan mode: if we discard the various "derivatives", then there are 3 modes in total - gray, black and white and color. Typically, documents are scanned in gray or color;
  3. brightness: often you need to "play around" with this parameter before finding the optimal value (for each equipment and document - it will be different).

Scan settings (clickable)

After the sheet is scanned, it will appear in the pages menu, on the left. To save it, just click on it with the right mouse button and in the appeared context menu select the option "Save selected pages as images" (note that there are also options for saving to PDF, WORD, which are also popular in office work).

How to get text data from scanned slides / pictures

Many users mistakenly believe that after scanning a document, they immediately get text at the output. In fact, after scanning, there will be a picture (the same as when photographing - only without the frontal "curvature").

In order for a picture with letters and numbers to become real text that can be added to Word and edited, an operation must be performed recognizing ... In this regard, one of the best products is Fine Reader (which I recommend for the 3rd time).

After Fine Reader launches, select "... In Microsoft Word" from the menu.

Next, scan the page (s) and click the "Recognize" button - automatic text recognition on the page will start. Fine Reader will independently determine where the blocks of text are, where are the pictures and tables. On the right side of the screen, there will be a recognized document, on the left side - the original that was scanned.

I'd like to note that if your auto-recognition doesn't work properly, you can select blocks of text, tables, etc. in manual mode.

Advice: do not forget the document, because during the recognition process, not all characters are correctly "translated" from picture to text.

In general, the design and menus of Fine Reader are very similar to all classic Windows programs (like the same Word, for example), and therefore, even if you have never worked in it, you will quickly get used to it ...

That's all, additions are welcome.

Happy work!

A scanner helps to create copies of documents, photographs or any written records on a computer. It analyzes the object and reproduces its digital image, after which the created file is saved on the PC. Many users purchase such equipment for their own purposes, but they often have difficulties with connection. Our article is aimed at telling users in as much detail as possible about how to connect the scanner to a PC and configure it for work. Let's move on to looking at this topic.

First of all, even before connecting, you should allocate a place for the device in the workspace. Consider its dimensions, the length of the cable included in the kit, and so that you can comfortably scan. After the equipment is installed in its place, you can proceed to the beginning of connection and configuration. This process is conventionally divided into two steps. Let's analyze each one in turn.

Step 1: preparation and connection

Pay attention to the complete set of the scanner. Read the instructions for use, find all necessary cables, make sure that they are not damaged externally. In addition, the device itself should be checked for cracks, chips - this may indicate that physical damage has been inflicted. If everything is ok, go to the connection itself:

This completes the first part of the whole process, but the scanner is not yet ready to perform its functions. Without drivers, such equipment cannot work. Let's move on to the second step.

Step 2: Installing the Drivers

Usually a special disc with all the necessary drivers and software is included with the scanner. When checking the contents, find it and do not throw it away if your computer or laptop has a floppy drive, as this will be the easiest method to install the appropriate files. However, not all companies now use CDs, and a built-in floppy drive is less common in modern computers. In this case, we recommend that you view our article on installing drivers for the printer. The principle is no different, so you just need to choose the appropriate method and follow the instructions given.

Working with the scanner

Above, we examined in detail the two steps of connection and configuration, now you can proceed to work with the equipment. If this is your first time dealing with such a device, we advise you to refer to our material below to familiarize yourself with the principle of scanning to a PC.

How do I install the scanner and configure it to work?

The master's answer:

A scanner is a digital device that analyzes a specific document or object, creating an exact electronic copy. Scanning is the very process of a scanner. It is used in various fields of human activity. But, as a rule, scanners are used when you need to create copies of any documents or images and further work with them.

The scanner can be color or black and white. Its size will depend on the model and brand of the manufacturer. Today scanners are produced by many different companies, mainly from the USA, Japan and several countries of Southeast Asia. The vast majority are compatible with the Windows operating system.

It will not be superfluous to mention that the scanner can be installed independently in two ways. You need to choose depending on whether you are connecting the scanner to your personal computer or laptop (installing a local scanner) or to a shared network scanner, through which your model will work.

How to properly install the scanner on a PC or laptop?

To install a local scanner, you will need an ordinary USB cable. It is usually included in the package. However, you can use any other USB cable as well. Connect one end to the back of the scanner and the other to the dedicated connector on your computer. Then you need to enable it and wait for Windows to detect it automatically.

In the event that Windows was unable to detect the scanner, there is a chance that you will need to install drivers on your computer. The disc on which the drivers are recorded must be included in the delivery set. If you cannot find it, then use the official website of the scanner manufacturer. Drivers for all models will be posted there so that they can be freely downloaded in a special section. Choose the right one for your model, download and install on your computer or laptop. Try connecting the scanner again.

In this article I want to tell you how to turn a simple scanner into a network scanner. The program "Remotescan" will help us with this.

Let's say your office has one printer with a built-in scanner and copier (MFP), and about 10 users use this device. Any document flow is accompanied by scanning documents, converting them into electronic form. And so the poor accountant to the computer, which is connected to the MFP, is constantly jumping and distracted from his work, because he is constantly asked to scan a document and put it in the exchange folder. Agree, the accountant's nerves will begin to fail in a month, and the authorities, when asked to buy another MFP, say that there is no money. Familiar situation? In order to save the nerves of the user to whom the MFP is connected, the Remotescan program was developed.

In this article, I will not go into the details of installing and configuring the MFP itself, for example, you have already done this. Now let's move on to installing and configuring the Remotescan program.

Installing Remotescan

First, we need to download this program. It is, by the way, paid, but if you download it here, it will become free, and even the crack will be in the archive. Magic!!!

This program is installed in two ways, where the scanner itself is connected, we must select the "server" installation option during installation.

Unzip to any convenient place for you and go to this folder. There you will see two files,

we are still interested in a file called "setup.exe", run it:

Choose English and click the Next button.

Then click on the Next button, the following window will appear:

We agree with the license agreement, and click the "Next" button.

Press the Next button again and the following window will appear:

And here it is more interesting, we need to choose the type of installation, server or client.

  1. Client - if you install the program on a computer with which you want to use the scanner in the future, then select this item.
  2. Server - if you install the program on the computer to which the scanner is physically connected (by wires), then select this item.

We install it on the computer to which the scanner is connected and therefore choose the second type of installation "install Server Software". Press the button "Next".

Attention.

You can choose both options, but if you are not a confident computer user, then difficulties may arise in the future when specifying the server.

We choose where the program will be installed, you can leave it by default, press the "Next" button:

Then you are asked: "Do you want to start the remotescan server after installation", put a checkmark "Yes" and click on the "Next" button:

Click on the "Install" button. During the installation process, you will see a window like this:

This will create an allowing rule on your firewall, put a checkmark, which the arrow points to and click on the "Allow access" button.

All installation is over, now click on the "finish" button.

We go into our folder, which we unzipped:

And run the file "RemoteScan_client_rusificator", everything is simple, first click on the "Accept" button, and then "Extract".

  • Then we restart the computer.

After you restart your computer, the RemoteScan program will start automatically, and the program icon will appear next to the clock.

Click on this icon, which appeared in the tray next to the clock with the right mouse button, you will see a context menu in which we select the topmost item (choose a scanner). In the list, select your scanner, as it is called you can see on the top cover of the device. This completes the server setup. On this computer, both worked and continue to work, as you scanned before, and scan.

  • Installing the client side

We go to another computer and start installing the client part. I will not repeat the installation process, we do the same as when installing the server part, only in this window:

You need to select the "install Client Software" checkbox. This completes the installation of the client part.

No shortcuts will appear in the tray or on the desktop, so you don't have to search. You just open the program in which you are scanning, and there should be a field “select a scanner” anyway, and there should appear an item with the name “remotescan (TM) (TWAIN)”, but I’ll show you how it looks using the example of the program “ FineReader ".

So, I run a program in which I usually scan some documents.

In the window that appears in the upper left corner there is a button "File" if you click on it, a context menu will appear in which there is an item "Select Scanner", click on this item and the following window appears:

In this window, we see this line that interests us: "remotescan (TM) (TWAIN)".

The program can be downloaded here.

It happens the same =)

On this, perhaps, everything! Thank you all for your attention, do not forget to actively comment on my posts and add to my VKontakte friends =)

How to set up a scanner on a computer if the printer is working and connected in the mfp

An MFP or multifunction device can simultaneously print, scan and make copies of documents. This is possible because this product combines a printer, built-in scanner and fax. Many users are faced with a variety of problems associated with setting up and connecting such equipment. The methods of how to connect the MFP to a laptop or computer do not differ from the methods of connecting conventional printers. If the MFP will be used to work over a network of several computers, then it is worth purchasing network MFPs, because all functions - both the printer and the scanner - will be available on all computers. Such devices must have WiFi connectors, this will make it easier to configure when connected wirelessly.

MFP connection via WiFi

Usually, this device connects via WiFi only through a special access point. Especially when connected to a laptop. You can connect a printer or MFP via Wi-Fi directly to a laptop only using a USB cable.

  • Before connecting the MFP via WiFi, you first need to set up an access point.
  • After that, you need to configure WiFi on the device itself and then connect to the access point. Next, the drivers for the MFP or printer are installed on the computer and the printer or MFP connected to the network is located.
  • It is necessary to turn on the MFP and enter a number of parameters. After that, you need to select the next item for connecting the MFP via a wireless WiFi network and click "YES" in the dialog box.
  • Next, you need to select the "Quick setup" item.
  • When the device finds a suitable network, you will need to enter the encrypted Wi-Fi network code, which is set in the Wifi router settings.
  • Then you need to check and confirm the entered network code. When the all-in-one is connected to a Wi-Fi hotspot, the indicator should turn blue.

Connecting the MFP to a Computer

When connecting the printer to a computer, you must use specially installed drivers. Before connecting the MFP to the computer, you need to install the drivers for the fax and scanner. Otherwise, the installation of the printer and MFP is similar.

  • Before installing the device, it must be connected to the mains and, accordingly, to the computer. Then the device driver is installed. If the printer or MFP is new, then, according to the instructions, it is necessary to remove the yellow or orange transport belts, they are clearly visible.
  • Then it is tedious to turn off the device and connect it to the USB port of the computer using a USB cable. Then turn on the device.
  • The computer will detect the MFP or printer, and the operating system at the bottom right will display the message "Found new hardware" in a new window with the specified device name. Then a window for installing new hardware will open - "Found New Hardware Wizard", which will indicate further how to install the MFP. Namely, you need to press the "Next" button, of course, having previously inserted the driver disc into the drive.
  • After you have installed all the necessary drivers, you need to open the "Start" menu. There you need to go to the "Printers and Faxes" tab. You can also do this in the "Control Panel", where in the "Printers and Faxes" window you will see if the MFP has been installed. If there is a problem, this device will not be displayed at all.
  • If the installation was successful, then you need to check the print quality. To do this, right-click on the name of the device or printer and call "Properties" that open from the drop-down list. Then, in the dialog box, click the "Test Print" button.
  • It is possible to install the software and the MFP driver directly from the disc supplied with the device. To do this, insert the CD with the driver software into the floppy drive. After the disc autorun, a menu should open where you need to activate the installation of programs and drivers by clicking on the inscription or the corresponding button.
  • In addition, device drivers can also be installed from Printers and Faxes. To do this, you need to double-click on the inscription "Printer Installation". After that, the Add Device Wizard starts and the corresponding dialog box opens. In this window, you must click "Next" and in another dialog box, click "Local printer connected to this computer". In case you want the OS to find the connected device on its own, then you need to check the box next to the item "Automatic detection and installation of PnP-printer". After that, the search for the device begins and the installation of its drivers. The driver disk is in the drive.
  • If there are no drivers suitable for the device, then you need to visit the website of the MFP manufacturers and from there download the driver corresponding to your OS or version of Windows. To do this, in the address bar of your browser, type the name of the company - the manufacturer of the equipment, preferably in English, indicate after the dot "ru" and then press "Enter". Thus, you will be taken to the Russian-language version of the manufacturer's website. Drivers for download are usually presented in the form of a self-extracting archive that automatically starts the installation. Thanks to this, there will be no difficulties during installation.

Setting up the MFP

Before setting up the MFP, you need to familiarize yourself with the operating parameters.

The local network provides various advantages for working with data: copying, transferring information, sharing programs and technology. For example, one device can work with several computers on the network.

You will need

  • - a computer;
  • - configured local network;
  • - scanner.

Instructions

1. Download RemoteScan 5 to share the scanner over the network in Windows. You can download it here http://www.remote-scan.com/. Install the server version of the program on the computer to which the scanner is connected. Install the client version of the application on other computers in the network. When installing the latest version, the program will display a message stating that the scanner was not found, do not worry, this is typical. After installing the server version, the program icon will appear in the tray. Click on it with the right mouse button, go to the "Settings" item in order to connect the scanner to the network. Select your scanner and configure the ports. The scanner may not immediately detect it, it will take from one to 3 minutes.

2. Open your firewall / antivirus and allow access to port 6077, if you have NOD 32 antivirus, go to your personal firewall, go to the interactive mode in the settings and make a separate rule for the RemoteScan program. Later, install the client versions on other computers. The installation of the network scanner in Windows is now complete.

3. Set up a network scanner on Ubuntu OS. Go to the terminal, enter the command # apt-get install and enter the name of the required package - sane-utils, then open the scanner configuration file, the one that can be located in the /etc/sane.d/ folder with the name saned.conf, add to the end file the address of the computer to which you want to share the scanner. Edit the #nano /etc/inetd.conf file, add the line sane-port stream tcp nowait saned: saned there and specify the further path / usr / sbin / saned saned.

4. Make a group Scanner: #groupadd scanner. Add users to this group with the following command: # #usermod -aG scanner "Username"; usermod -aG scanner saned. Edit the 40-libsane.rules file located in the nano /lib/udev/rules.d/ folder and find your scanner there. Change the line with the scanner name to something like this: # "Scanner name"; ATTRS (idVendor) == ”03f0 ″, ATTRS (idProduct) ==” 4305 ″, ENV (libsane_matched) = ”yes”, MODE = ”664 ″,“ Group name ”=” scanner ”.

5. Configure the client computer: install the sane-utils package with support for the standard apt-get install package installer, edit the net.conf file located in the nano /etc/sane.d/ folder, add the address of the scanner computer to the end of this file. The network connection of the scanner is complete.

In contrast to Windows, which is easy to install and configure, Linux has become a symbol of the complexity and confusion of installation, which can scare off anyone who does not consider himself a command line virtuoso and a high-class programmer who can write a missing driver for an unknown device on his own.

However, installing and configuring ubuntu - especially the Linux distribution that newbies are famous for - is no more difficult than any other operating system. This distribution kit is ready for launch immediately after installation and includes everything you need to work: a customer for communicating via ICQ, an email customer, a tool for working with photos, an audio and video player, an OpenOffice office suite. In addition, a mechanism for tracking software changes is implemented here, freeing the user from the need to monitor the release of new versions. Here is a schematic instruction for the installation process: 1. Download the distribution kit from http://ubuntu.ru/get, burn the disk image to CD, install it into the drive and boot. To do this, you may need to set the priority for booting from the CD drive in bios. 2. In the launched installer, select the Russian language. It is allowed to navigate the list of languages with the support of arrows on the keyboard. 3. In the menu that appears, choose the "Install ubuntu" item 4. You will need to again prefer the language for communication during the installation process, specify the time zone. 5. Select a keyboard layout and test if it works correctly by typing a few words. 6. An especially critical stage of the installation is the definition of disk partitions for the operating system. If you want to leave Windows and configure Ubuntu as an alternative operating system, you need to do it very neatly so as not to lose expensive data and keep Windows working. As usual, for the root partition containing system files, 5 GB is enough, for a swap partition, a volume equal to the amount of the computer's RAM, or one and a half times larger is usually sufficient. The home directory home, containing user data, should ideally be located on a different physical disk and have a volume of 8-10 GB. 7. Provide username and password, as well as computer name, click "Install." After reboot, the system is ready to work.

A scanner is a device necessary for converting a wide variety of documents into electronic form, from texts and tables to photographs. Models of scanners are constantly being improved, their functional probabilities are increasing, and prices are decreasing, so that the scanner more and more often finds its place on the table next to the home computer.

To take full advantage of the possibilities of modern special scanning technologies, you need to configure the scanner. Fortunately, with the origins of modern USB models and operating systems, configuration is often done mechanically, just plugging the scanner into a computer. However, in other cases, the user may also need primitive steps to configure the scanner. Their approximate sequence may be as follows: 1. First, connect your device to your computer. The operating system will try to recognize it and mechanically install the correct drivers and configure the scanner. 2. Open the Scanners and Cameras item in the Control Panel. All imaging devices connected to the computer are listed here, as well as a shortcut to launch the wizard for connecting new devices. If the connected scanner is closer to this folder, it means that the connection was made successfully in mechanical mode. If it is missing, run the Scanner Installation Wizard. 3. Manually select the manufacturer of the scanner and the specific model name and click Next. It is unlikely that there is at least one computer user who would not be unnerved by the confusion of wires connecting all kinds of peripheral devices to a computer. Cables are extremely inconvenient when working with a laptop, tea, they nullify all the advantages of computer mobility. It is not for nothing that connecting devices wirelessly - all kinds of wireless keyboards, mice, printers, and more - have become such a fast-paced and robust celebrity.

You can get rid of one more wire - the network one by organizing a wireless wi fi network in your home or office. It will provide high-speed Internet access anywhere in the room without wires, making both work and play even more convenient. In addition, such a network will be available not only for computers, but also for other equipment that supports wi fi, say, phones and printers. In order to set up wi fi, you need an access point or, if the Internet is supplied using special ADSL technology, an ADSL modem router.1 ... Connect and configure your wireless router. This process is quite primitive and accessible to any user. Follow the directions in the documentation for your model. Let's just note that if it is permissible, then it would be better to make the distribution of IP addresses mechanical. This will simplify the procedure for logging into the network for new equipment. 2. Configure the entire computer for a wireless network. Many laptops have a built-in wi-fi adapter, while a desktop computer may require a wireless network card, which will need to be purchased separately. Setting up a wireless network is slightly different from setting up a regular network. The only thing that needs to be done additionally is to enter a special secret network code generated by the router. The code will allow you not to worry about third-party users being able to connect to your wireless network. 3. To connect to the wireless network of a pocket computer, it is easier for everyone to use the built-in iPAQ Wireless utility or similar, depending on the model of the pocket computer or phone. Here you will also need to specify the secret network key. After you managed to set up wi fi, it becomes possible not only to use the Internet from any of the devices on the wireless network, but also to use a local network: provide universal access to folders, collectively use a printer and scanner etc.

At a certain stage in the formation of a retail entity, the manual form of accounting ceases to satisfy the needs of this trading enterprise. At the same time, the lack of an automated accounting system often leads to financial theft caused by employee abuse. Consequently, an automated accounting system "1C: retail" is being introduced at the trade enterprise, which must be positively adjusted.

You will need

  • - Personal Computer;
  • - "1C: retail".

Instructions

1. Complete the preparatory work. To do this, configure the "Store" (enter the name of the store and set up your account). "Warehouses" can be represented not as a solid warehouse, but as a whole structure (utility rooms, sales areas and other objects).

2. The "Products" setting involves entering the most detailed information about the products sold: contractor, expiration date, composition, and more. Configure the "Prices" section. The pricing mechanism in this automated system is flexible and primitive: if a metamorphosis of prices is planned, 1C: Retail can set the date from which new prices will begin to be made.

3. When setting up "Discounts", consider the fact that there are three types of discounts: when buying an item for a pre-specified amount, when buying a certain number of items, using a discount card.

4. Execute the "Access Rights" setting: this will allow any user who will be given access to this complex program to define only the actions corresponding to his position. This will exclude fraud on the part of the employees of this trading enterprise.

5. To improve the performance of the retail outlet, perform the correct setup of the equipment used. A responsible approach is required to the choice of commercial equipment. Among the most common equipment are a fiscal registrar, a barcode scanner, and label printers.

6. The final stage of setup is operational management. An integral part of good governance is reporting and reviewing.

Note!
If important tasks appear while working with 1C: Retail, immediately contact your system manager for support.

Helpful advice
The 1C: Retail program is designed to minimize routine work. Due to the fact that it owns most of the functions, this software is easy to customize "for yourself."
