If you need to immediately and simultaneously delete all members of the group, then from your mobile phone you should send an SMS message with the text - "0 *" to the number 5340. All commands and SMS messages are sent absolutely free of charge.

Modern devices are able to independently distribute the Internet, because it is not difficult to make your own laptop, tablet or smartphone an access point in the Wi-Fi range.
