2. Safety devices
- We adopt 5 user safety devices to make the washing machine work safely.
1) Balancing device (control module)
- When the laundry is not evenly distributed, to prevent noise and vibration, the imbalance detection sensor helps to evenly spread the laundry and continue the spinning process.
2) Overfill protection device
- The device is activated as soon as the water level exceeds 2/3 of the door level, the supplied water starts to drain automatically, the overflow error message is displayed on the panel.
3) Temperature control devices (thermistor)
- To prevent exceeding the set temperature, the THERMISTOR constantly measures the temperature of the water in the machine and ensures that the machine operates at the temperature set by the user.
4) Overheat protection
- In case of a THERMISTOR malfunction or its incorrect operation, if the heater overheats, the built-in protective thermal fuse automatically turns off the power, ensuring safe operation.
5) Delicate clothing protection function (control module)
- To protect delicate clothing, the machine controls the temperature of the water entering the tank. If the temperature is above 50°C for the Wool and Delicate cycles, the machine will drain the water and an error message will be displayed on the panel.

Rice. 4 Power failure compensation function
5) The function of checking the operation of the water heater (heater)
- This function starts working when the heating element does not work correctly (the function starts checking the heater 1 minute after the start of the heater operation)
- Initial value (A1) of thermistor compared to value (A2) of thermistor after 2 minutes (Y = A2-A1)
- If after 10 minutes the temperature difference (Y) is less than 2°C, the LEDs “ 40°С/Bio60°С». - The initial value (A1) of the thermistor compared to the value (A2) of the thermistor in 2 minutes (Y = A2-A1) - If the temperature difference (Y) increases by more than 4.5°C (0.2148V) in 2 minutes, the panel LEDs light up cold/Bio60°С».
- In this case, with the error " 40°С/Bio60°С” (heater not working) and “ cold/Bio60°С» (overheating) messages are shown on the display and all work processes are stopped.
- The operation of the heater continues for the time provided by the program, if the heating is canceled, the rest of the wash continues without heating.
6) Fuzzy washing functions (determining the amount of laundry)
- After the end of the initial stage of water filling, the linen absorbs part of the water, the water level drops, and it becomes necessary to add additional water until the level stabilizes.
By the number of additional water toppings, the processor determines the amount of laundry loaded and, after the water level stabilizes, it starts washing. In the "Cotton" modes, if additional water top-ups occur more than 3-4 times, the processor sets the default condition "high water level", if water was topped up 1-2 times, the average level is set, if 0 - low water level. The heating time and rinsing time depend on the data above.
* After determining the amount of laundry, the washing time is reduced relative to the default time
7) Excess foam detection function
At each stage of washing, draining, rinsing and spinning, the foam detection function works. Excess foam detection up to 5 times causes no change in operating mode. If the machine detects foam 6 times, the excess foam function stops the current operation and the machine goes to the next process.
● Foam detection function during washing, rinsing before spinning and spinning, after 2 times instant dehydration is activated if the water level is below 25.45 kHz, Foam
The function detects the presence of foam and adds an additional rinse to remove foam, this increases the washing time by 6 minutes 40 seconds.
The foam detection function also works with a separate spin cycle. When spinning, after 2 times of instant dehydration, the function is activated if the water level is below 25.45 kHz or if a water level below 23.80 kHz is detected, and 1 rinse is started to remove foam, this increases the cycle time by 5 min 50 sec.
Rice. 5 Operation of the excess foam detection function.
8) Unbalance detection and laundry spreading function
- The function for detecting unbalance and laying out the laundry is activated before spinning.
- First, the drum rotates for 6 seconds at a speed of 50 rpm to lay out the laundry.
- Next 10 sec, rotation speed slowly increases from 50 rpm to 90 rpm
- During the next 18 seconds, the drum rotates at a speed of 90 revolutions per minute, the processor determines the degree of unbalance of the linen according to the motor tachogenerator.
- By default, the laundry is balanced if necessary 6 times, if the balancing fails, the system repeats the balancing 6 more times.
6. Technical parameters
1) Operating time of the electric motor in each mode
2) Rotation speed at the final spin in different modes (rpm)
* You can change the spin speed by setting the spin speed to less than indicated in the table using the spin speed setting button, up to spin failure.
3) Water level sensor parameters in each mode
