How to remove the start page in 1C 8.3. Configure the initial page of the application

This article will be useful to users "1C: Enterprise 8.3", regardless of which configurations you work. It can be "1C: enterprise accounting 8" or "1C: salary and personnel management 8", but there are a number of common issues that are often encountered at the initial stage of work. Many users of previous versions are puzzled by finding the indispensable command "all functions" (analogue of the operation menu ...) and try to extract from the managed interface. Therefore, we consider important moments that can not be overlooked when we proceed to work in the program of the new version 3.0.

First of all, we configure the display of the "All Functions" command in the main menu, which is represented by such a icon in the upper left corner. To do this, in the parameters in the "Service" section, set the corresponding checkbox.

Now find any object will not be difficult, we need a document, a directory or register to us, simply call "Main Menu" and select "All Functions".

As for the interface, we, as users, are given the opportunity to configure it "for themselves". It is not worth missing this possibility, so in the same main menu we turn to the section "View".

You see several types of settings in the menu. To begin with, we select with the location of the panels, select the "Settings" item.

This is how the standard layout of the panels looks like, we can return to it after our experiments at any time on the button of the same name. The panel editor allows you to select the left-click panel and drag it to the area you need, that is, where we would like to see it. Suppose it would be more convenient to work with the partition panel located on top, and not on the side, then we carry it into the upper area and the "Apply" button we look at how the appearance of the program has changed. In case of successful setting, press "OK" to save.

In the lower part, the inactive panels are presented on a gray background, in fact such information we can contact through the toolbar. For example, to the history of actions and the list with the favorites using the "history" and "Favorites" tools, respectively.

But if necessary, you can fix a similar panel at a convenient place for you, for example, so.

If we talk specifically about the partition panel, you can also configure it by opening the appropriate setting.

We can form a list of sections that meet our needs. Also choose how this list will be presented with or without a picture; If with a picture, then where to position it relative to the text. For example, configuring without a picture allows you to see all sections, in the case when the menu is located on top.

The initial page is individually configured, from the available forms, add the necessary to the left or the right column using the buttons.

After such simple manipulations, the interface is significantly transformed, and for the better, because you configure it specifically under your needs. And the comfortable workplace plays the last role in the life of the accountant.

This is the second part of the article on setting up the "Taxi" interface, which appeared in Appendix "1C: Enterprise 8.3". I talked about how to add new panels to the interface and change their location in accordance with your preferences. In the second part, I will teach you to manage application sections and their contents, as well as change the parameters of the initial page of the interface.

On the screenshot below the interface looks like we made it look at the past occupation. For me, such a working form is not very convenient. I prefer when the partition panel is located on the left, as is done by default. And it's not only a habit. Just when all sections are compactly collected on the one hand, they can all be covered with one look, which you can not say about the stretched menu at the top of the interface.

But since on the screenshots of the side menu takes too many space, I will leave the sections in the place where we transferred them. Although I recommend to leave this menu where the developers themselves were placed.

Hereinafter, screenshots created using "1C: Salary and Human Resources 3.0" are used, but as I said in the previous article, these settings are relevant for all new configurations, since the "Taxi" interface is used in them too.

So, the next function I want to tell you about is to configure the partition panels. It allows you to delete individual sections from the interface.

There may be a question about why someone may need to delete entire sections of operations from the program. In fact, everything is very simple. Suppose you have a small firm in which only one employee is engaged in personnel and salaries. Of course, in this case, it is impossible to delete anything, because from time to time it will use all available tools.

But suppose you have a personnel specialist in your staff, and payroll accountant. Personnel does not need a salary calculation, as well as accountant - personnel operations. Therefore, each of these specialists can only be left by those sections that they really need them so that extra elements do not distract your employees from work.

Of course, some objects are used as part of their powers and personnel and accountants. For example, sick leave or vacation. But, as a rule, access to such objects is duplicated in the relevant sections.

To delete or add a previously remote partition, you need to select the "Settings Panel Settings" function in the section "View settings" subsection.

In the window that opens, it is easy to remove any items from the interface and return them back. This can be done in several ways.

First, you can use the "Add", "Add All" buttons, "Delete" and "Delete everything". If you do not use the button removing or adding all possible objects, the action will affect only the selected objects.

In order to highlight a few running menu items, you need to highlight the top of them with the mouse, and then clutching the SHIFT, click on the lower object of the group allocated.

In order to select multiple objects in any order, you need to mark them with the mouse holding the Ctrl key.

Secondly, add or delete objects can be simply dragging the mouse.

But I closer the third way. Following it, you just need to double-click the mouse over the desired object. If it is located among the available objects, it will immediately become selected, and otherwise moved from those selected to the available ones.

Right at the top you see two blue shooters. They are needed in order to change the order of the elements in the menu.

Now, using the knowledge gained, let's delete from the partition panel points "Salary", "Payments" and "Taxes and Contributions", and the "Administration" section will raise on top of the list of selected sections.

Now take a change and see what kind of our menu has taken.

Everything turned out as we also plotted. To quickly return everything back, you need to go back to setting the partition panel, click the "Set" button, select the "Install Standard Settings" option and take the changes.

I did not accidentally spend so much time on the description of these actions, since they are universally used in all configurations "1C: Enterprise 8.3" and will need us already in the following examples.

The next thing I want to tell you is to configure the initial page. Now it hangs an invitation to configure the system from scratch or transfer data from other configurations, but in the future, when the program is configured, other data will be displayed there. For example, if we talk about the configuration "1C: Salary and Personnel Management 3.0", then this may be a regular schedule and the history of the accruals.

To manage the starting page settings, you need to go to "View", "Setting the Startup".

As you can see, here is the same as in the settings of the partition panel. The only difference is that the second column is also provided for the initial page, which can be activated by adding some of the available forms there. But it is worth doing this only if you have a sufficiently large display. Otherwise, the second column will only interfere with the disposal of the workspace.

You can specifically experiment with the configuration of the initial screen. You can return everything to the default settings in the same way as we did after setting the partition panel.

The workspace of each section is divided into the navigation panel and the action bar. Visually, they do not differ from each other, so I note the navigation panel for clarity at the next screenshot of the red stroke.

Through the navigation pane, the user gets access to report lists, documents, and so on. And with the help of the actions panel, it can immediately create a document, the report and the same "so on."

For clarity, we'll look at the previous screenshot, illustrating the "Salary" section. As you can see, in the navigation pane, which I lined with a red frame, there is a section "Hospital sheets". If you click on it, a list of all hospital sheets will open, which we are still empty. Here you can create a new hospital list by clicking the "Create" button.

But in the same section of "Salary", in the action menu, there is also an item "Hospital sheet", located under the eloquent heading "Create". By choosing it, you will create exactly the same sick leave as in the previous example, but for this you do not have to go to their shared list and press the button additionally.

The contents of the navigation and action panels can also be controlled. Therefore, if you are sure that some function should be in a specific section, but it is not there, perhaps it was simply not added to the list. You can do it yourself using the "Navigation Setup" and "Setup" functions. This is done similarly to the settings of the sections and the initial screen.

See how the same section began to look after I turned on all the functions available for it.

Just some kind of porridge, isn't it? All actions are not placed on the screen, even if you deploy it, and to see them all, you have to use the scroll bar. Therefore, it is advisable to activate in the action menu only those functions that are really needed quite often. The same documents that require you much less often, it is better to create, moving to them through the navigation bar, and do not include them in the actions panel.

It will not be reminded here that access to any object "1C: Enterprise 8.3" in the "Taxi" interface can be obtained through the "All Functions" option, which I wrote about in the first part of the article.

In the upper right corner of the "Taxi" interface there is a panel with buttons that duplicate some application functions. You yourself can choose which buttons will be displayed in this panel. To do this, use the "Add or Delete Buttons" feature and mark the birds that you need most often, as shown in the screenshot below.

On this article about the tincture of the "Taxi" interface approached the end. The next time I will tell you how to start working in the configuration "1C: Salary and management of an enterprise 3.0".

Subsystem in 1C 8.3 - The object of the Metadata Tree, which is responsible for building the configuration command interface.

Below in the article we will talk about subsystems starting with version 8.2.

The fact is that in version 8.1 (as for the usual application 8.2), the subsystems were also subsystems, but they served completely for other purposes, rather, for the developer than for the user. Using subsystems in 8.1, various functionality was usually separated. Also, the subsystems helped when combining different configurations 1C - it was possible to specify which system to transfer.

Subsystems 1C and interface for a programmer

In versions of 8.3 and 8.2 subsystems are the main tool for building a user command interface. The "Subsystem" metadata objects have a hierarchical structure to configure the "submenu" in the interface, it is necessary to add a subordinate subsystem:

Properties and settings

Consider settings and properties of subsystems in the configurator:

Enable in command interface - If you forgot to install this flag, the subsystem will not be displayed in the interface.

The button opens the interface settings panel where you can configure interfaces depending on the role of the current user:

Picture - The picture assigned to the subsystem is displayed in the enterprise mode. You can select a standard picture, and you can add your own, after creating it as a configuration object Picture:

On the tab Functional options The list of functional options is specified in which this subsystem is used.

Tab Structure Determines the set of metadata objects involved in this subsystem.

On the tab Other You can describe the help to the subsystem and specify the setting Include in the contents of the reference - Do you include this section of the help in general configuration information.

If the report or processing in the controlled interface is not displayed

This problem very often arises from beginner developers - such as a report or treatment was added to the subsystem, and it is not visible.

The first reason for this may be that the object does not specify the managed form.

The second reason - on the Object Commands tab set "Use Standard Commands". This is due to the fact that to open processing it can be described as its procedure, as well as standard:

The article continues the cycle "First Steps in Development for 1C". In it, we will look at the new "taxi" interface both by the user and the programmer side.

Applicability

The article discusses the "Taxi" interface of the configuration developed on the 1C 8.3.4.465 platform. Information is relevant for current platform releases.

New Taxi Interface in 1C: Enterprise 8.3

In addition to the already familiar interface options "in separate windows" and "in bookmarks" in the 1C platform: Enterprise 8.3 a new interface appeared - a taxi.

When creating a new user interface, the platform developers set a number of tasks.

Since the configurations can now be able to work via the Internet using a regular web browser, the orientation of the platform to work with mobile devices is noticeable to enter information using the touch screen responding to it.

The new interface has distinctive visual features - large sizes of controls, large fonts, significant gaps (indents) between the elements, the color gamut has changed, activated controls are highlighted by color, etc.

In addition to improving the friendliness and convenience of the user interface, much attention was paid to the applied focus, facilitating the execution of daily operations.

Users received improved navigation capabilities on an application, customized workspace, work with a history like a web browser history, advanced selection capabilities in the input fields.

Consider a new taxi interface.

When using the taxi interface, the application represents the main window, inside the workspace of which all other windows are opened.

The windows are not displayed separately on the Windows taskbar, even if visually draws on top of the main window (for example, the selection form of the directory element).

Work begins with the elementary page. This page cannot be closed. It must contain the most frequently used configuration forms.

It is possible to configure in the user mode form displayed on the start page. To do this, select the item in the main menu. ViewSetting the initial page.

The main application window consists of several panels and regions, each of which has its own functional purpose.

Using a key F6you can switch the focus between the shapes located on the start page.

The main application window consists of several panels and regions, each of which has its own functional purpose. The mutual layout of the panels can be configured by the developer in the configurator and the user when working with the configuration.

1. Section panel

The partition panel displays a list of top-level configuration subsystems.

Each section is decorated in the form of a separate button (bookmarks). The first to the left is always displayed with the title section.

To enlarge, click on the image.

If the screen width is not enough to display all partitions, the scroll button appears on the panel (in the form of an arrow):

When you click on a specific section in the current partition feature panel, we will see the commands of the selected partition.

To enlarge, click on the image.

When you repeatedly click on the screen, the list of all commands of the selected partition is unfolded - the functions menu.

2. Panel of functions of the current section

To enlarge, click on the image.

It displays commands selected by the user section. When you click on the hyperlink, the appropriate command will be executed (for example, the opening of the list of documents "receipt of goods").

3. System teams area

On the left side of the area there is an access icon to the main menu containing classic file points, edit, appearance, etc. From the keyboard, you can activate the main menu when you press the F10 button.

On the right side of the area there are commands of saving to a file, printing, preview, working with references, calculator, calendar, etc.

4. Toolbar

On this panel, the opening menu of the functions menu of the current partition, access to favorites, view history, data search.

Using the buttons of this panel, you can speed up and facilitate configuration navigation.

5. Open panel

To enlarge, click on the image.

This panel shows a list of windows open at the present moment. The forms of the homepage work area are not displayed as separate forms in the open panel.

6. History panel

In the Taxi interface, the history panel is close to the history of the web browser.

The history panel speeds up access to the objects used lately - open, edited or added directories, documents, etc.

Entries are divided by days, and opposite each lift is the use time. Within one day, recording is ordered by access time.

For the user is stored no more than 400 entries in history. If the number of stored elements is 400, then when adding new history elements, old entries are removed.

There is a string to search for history. Slitting through the rows of history, you can also switch between the open application windows.

7. Panel Favorites

The package of favorites is also "borrowed" from a web browser. Here, navigation links are saved, which the user has specially marked as used for quick access.

Now the selected is not only data, but also teams.

You can add an object to Favorites using a click on the icon with an image of an asterisk.

To enlarge, click on the image.

The search bar also contains a search string. The headlines of the elements located in favorites can be edited.

For this purpose, a small button with a pencil on the right side of the elected line is intended.

The platform implements a special form of full-text search. This form is only available if the full-text search is enabled.

To enlarge, click on the image.

You can call the search form from the keyboard using the Ctrl + Shift + F. key combination.

At the bottom of the main application window, an information panel may exist.

It is designed to display performance indicators and indicating that the delay imitation mode is enabled when server calls.

Now performance indicators are displayed not in the form of a separate window, but as a separate panel of the main window of the application.

The panel is displayed if the "Display performance indicators" flag is set in the system parameters:

The message window is now located at the bottom of the form and can only be seen when there are messages to display.

To enlarge, click on the image.

For form fields that have a "check box" view and "switch field", implements the possibility of displaying in the form of a toggle (several buttons located nearby, the current value is allocated).

Another innovation in the taxi interface is the coagulated groups that allow you to save space on the screen, get the first priority information first, and only if necessary, clarify something - to deploy a group by detailed information.

Folding is available for a conventional group with displayed heading.

In the Taxi interface, larger fonts are used, the size of control elements, there are extensive indents between the elements.

Forms designed for a regular managed interface, when switching to a taxi, it will not look very convenient. Therefore, the property of the shape of the application is implemented.

Operation of work, which consists in using the scope option, is a time solution that allows you to translate the configuration to a new interface. And then refine large complex forms under the new interface.

With this version of work, smaller font and indents are used, the form looks as much as possible to the 8.2 designed under the platform.

The configuration developer can determine the location of the panels. The editor can be opened by pressing the right mouse button in the configuration tree on the root element, in the context menu that opens, select "Open the client application interface".

On the right side of the window there is a list of all those present in the panel interface. Using the mouse or button, add on the left side of the window you can define the mutual location of the panels on the screen.

Each panel may be present in the tree only once. The editor does not allow you to add two identical panels to the tree. The panels already posted in the interface are marked in the right corner in the list of standard panels pictogram in the form of a gray square.

To enlarge, click on the image.

In the taxi interface in user mode, you can configure the location of the panels on the screen. To do this, the editor of the panels, which can be opened from the main menu View - setting the panels.

Using the mouse, the user can move the icons corresponding to the partitions, having them in strings and columns of the panel editor so that the panels are visible in the desired parts of the screen.

To some partition not displayed in the interface, you need to transfer it to the bottom on the field with a gray background.

If the user has a small monitor, then you can hide the display of all panels to save the screensable screen.

To do this, the main menu item species is to hide all panels.

At the top of the form, the navigation buttons between open windows are displayed. In the appearance of these buttons again, we observe similarities with a web browser.

To enlarge, click on the image.

To return to the start page, click the Home button. To move between active forms, use the back-forward buttons.

In the Taxi interface, the navigation panel for the form is now located on top, and not on the left, as it was before.

To enlarge, click on the image.

On the platform 8.3, in contrast to the platform 8.2, in the properties of the root configuration element instead of the "Open the command interface of the desktop" Open the command interface of the main partition ", and instead of the item" Open the working area of \u200b\u200bthe desktop "Open the Working Region".

Changed the appearance of the calendar. It implements individual lists in which the choice of year and month can be made.

You can also move to the next and previous month using the buttons with the image of the arrows left and right, as it was before.

The root configuration element has the "Interface Compatibility Mode" property:

  • Version 8.2 - The client application works in the interface 8.2. Switching to the taxi interface is impossible.
  • Version 8.2. Allow a taxi - the default interface version 8.2 is used. It is possible to switch to the taxi interface using the parameter or command line dialog.
  • Taxi. Allow version 8.2 - the default is a taxi interface. You can switch to the version 8.2 interface using the parameter or command line dialog.
  • Taxi - the client application works in the taxi interface. Switching to interface mode 8.2 is not possible.

When using the 8.2 interface, it is permissible to switch between the interface in separate windows and the interface in bookmarks.

In conclusion, they will respond to the main question of what advantages provides the use of a new "Taxi" interface. Perhaps the most important advantage is that it has become much more convenient to work with the program. This was contributed by the following points:

  • Modern application design
  • Large font
  • Extensive opportunities to customize the user of its workspace
  • Convenience of navigation by application when using auxiliary panels Favorites, history, etc.
  • Improving ergonomics of some interface elements
  • The ability to create new elements of reference books directly in the selection list.

For those who wanted to deepen their knowledge in the innovations of managed forms in the new interface "Taxi" unequivocally
