Samsung gt s7500 specifications. Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus S7500: specifications, description and reviews

Screen type: IPS (In Plane Switching) is a high-quality liquid crystal matrix, which was created to eliminate the main disadvantages of matrices based on TN technology. The IPS-matrix in the entire spectrum most adequately reproduces colors at different angles of view, with the exception of some positions and colors. TN-matrix has, as it were, a better response than IPS, but not always. For example, the IPS-matrix behaves better in transitions from gray to gray, this matrix is still resistant to pressure. Touching a TN or VA matrix leads to "excitement" or a certain reaction on the screen. The IPS-matrix has no such effect. In addition, ophthalmologists confirm that the IPS-matrix is the most comfortable for the eyes. In this way, the IPS-matrix brings a bright and clear picture regardless of viewing angles, better for working on the Internet, watching movies. But the most important thing is for image processing and photo viewing. LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) - Liquid crystal displays. The very first displays used in mobile devices, and not only in telephones. Their main feature is that they have very low power consumption due to the impossibility of displaying a color image. They do not emit light and therefore phones are upgraded with backlight lamps. Some phones had several different backlight colors based on the presence of different LEDs around the display's perimeter. This extraordinary solution was applied, for example, in Ericsson phone A3618. Pixels are clearly visible on this type of display, and such displays cannot boast of a high resolution. In order to extend the life of such displays, they were made inverted, i.e. text and symbols were not displayed as filled pixels, but, on the contrary, inactive against the background of filled ones. Thus, I got a light text on dark background... Currently, this type of display is used in the cheapest budget models (Nokia 1112) and as an external one in some clamshell phones (Samsung D830).

TFT (Thin Film Transistor) - Liquid crystal displays based on active matrix thin film transistors. There are three transistors for each pixel, corresponding to three colors (RGB - red, green, blue). On this moment, these are the most common displays and have several advantages over other displays. They are characterized by the shortest response time and rapid development- constantly growing resolution and number of colors. These displays are most common in mid-range phones and above. Working resolutions for them: 128x160, 132x176, 176x208, 176x220, 240x320 and others, less common. Examples: Nokia N73 (240x320, 262 thousand colors), Sony ericsson K750i (176x220, 262k colors), Samsung D900 (240x320, 262k colors). TFTs are rarely used as external displays for clamshells.

CSTN (Color Super Twisted Nematic) - Passive matrix color liquid crystal displays. Each pixel of such a display consists of three combined pixels, which correspond to three colors (RGB). Some time ago, almost all phones with color displays were based on exactly this type. And now the lot of such displays - budget models... The main disadvantage of such displays is their slowness. The undoubted advantage of such displays is their cost, which is much lower than TFT. Based on simple logic, it can be assumed that in the future TFT will oust this type of displays from the market of mobile devices. The color evolution of such displays is quite extensive: from 16 to 65536 colors. Examples: Motorola V177 (128x160, 65 thousand colors), Sony Ericsson J100i (96x64, 65 thousand colors), Nokia 2310 (96x68, 65 thousand colors).

UFB (Ultra Fine and Bright) - Liquid crystal displays with increased brightness and contrast on a passive matrix. We can say that it is intermediate option between CSTN and TFT. This type of display boasts lower power consumption compared to TFT. For the most part, such displays were used by Samsung in mid-range phones. This type displays are not widely used. Examples: Samsung C100 / 110 (128x128, 65 thousand colors).

TN is one type of TFT display matrix. Roughly speaking, TN is the simplest and cheapest TFT matrix. The viewing angles are the narrowest.

What did not like

There are amazingly many of them: 1.Android 2.3.6, video at 480 and no more, weak charging during game mode for only 5 hours, no front camera, no case and no headphones, scratches back cover, and The main drawback of this "miracle" phone is that it is produced by Samsung.

What we liked

Loud speaker, wifi direct and that's it.

What did not like

In the second year (that is, in 2013) the device stopped supporting modern games. Even people like subway. The workmanship is good, but for $ 300 I would like a better screen (they would paint it black, not gray. As on the fourth iPhone). Not a single update came, although updates came to the first ice, galaxy young, that is, those that are cheaper. But you can at least put up with this. The main drawback is that a month after the purchase, the plastic side frame, made as if for aluminum as on the third iPhone, began to slide off. In the second year of operation, the phone also began to freeze very much and simply turn off when complex sentences were launched (but these are applications that should be officially launched and played on this smartphone). The screen is terrible. I don't know, the pixel density is probably 5 pixels per inch. : D

What we liked

This was my first phone since touch control, that is, a multi-touch screen. Before that, there were devices that had to be used with a stylus. And those that are on the buttons. At first, I had nothing to compare with. Again, the Android system and the play market with many games. This impressed me. I bought this phone in 2012. It was then worth $ 300. The first year the screen worked perfectly and I could not get enough of it, nothing hung and almost all the games were running. Convenient to use, as it has a fairly small screen (3.65 ").

What did not like

Roofing felts are a factory defect, roofing felts are a problem of settings: it does not connect to my router n150, or rather it connects, but it does not go online: with and with this the whole meaning disappears.
I did not notice any more shortcomings

What we liked

The camera is good, it catches the mobile network well, smart, there is enough built-in space on it ... But ...

What did not like

In the second year, the socket flew from charging. He started to blunt. He calls himself, he makes screenshots. Glows without stopping. Games are generally something transcendental for this phone. It turns on itself turns off.

What we liked

The first year there were no complaints about the work.

What did not like

Internet (now not very strong)
- Play market (after each update, the phone is more and more loaded)
- RAM (sorely lacking)
- Phone software updates (developers stupidly hammered into the phone)

What we liked

Navigation - Battery 2 years (more than 4 days) - Ease of operation - Screen (if not compared with IPS) - Package contents

What did not like

Lags in life, the battery is discharged in 20 minutes when using the Internet, an eternal problem with LOST.DIR, the flash player cannot be installed, there is no elementary "pause" during video recording, music player does not always find audio recordings that were recently downloaded, etc.

What we liked

Looks like an iPhone, the sound is good, the camera is normal, convenient form

What did not like

Camera! Terrible, disgusting camera! A person does not want to photograph well when good lighting, but about the text, I generally keep quiet. Very easily soiled screen. Games go badly, everything slows down and freezes, it can even be thrown out of it (for example, Subway Serfers). The RAM is small, it hurts not to use the programs, which is sometimes necessary. There is NO Internet. It constantly turns itself off. Doesn't connect to the Internet, although the icon is blinking. Often began to slow down.
The battery is even crying. Discharges instantly.

What we liked

you can put good programs (for example, Next launcher goes fine, only RAM eats almost everything, social network) some games (like kerchief solitaire) and books to read

What did not like

A couple of months after the purchase, Android starts to slow down. After six months, the connection disappears constantly, in the right moment not getting through to anyone ...

What we liked

Smartphone, touch

What did not like

Small battery
Old android
Terribly buggy
Screen

What we liked

Fast processor Normal screen size Features Design and feel

What did not like

The main function of a smartphone is a phone. set, reset, return to the previous page, log management - after almost every conversation it starts to fail! From the second day of use!

What we liked

big screen

What did not like

There are a lot of them:
1) This is a Camera, it doesn’t even have a touch-focus! And for that kind of money (UAH 1899) we could have put a frontal one for Skype, well, at least 0.3 Mpx.
2) Sound. At high volume, there is no bass at all and the high frequencies wheeze. The sound is quiet (and as I did not try to enter the system menu (* # * # 6961 # * # *) there was no sound adjustment!)
3) The battery runs out instantly, literally 3-4 hours of watching videos and playing games.
4) Brakes and Performance. Okay, you can forgive the unimportant sound, a simple camera without touch-focus and a battery, but the brakes are not. The smartphone is terribly slow (Especially with Wi-fi on) and Dead Trigger crashes for me. And even a simple Angry Birds with 2D graphics crashes every other time. Damn, I have Windows XP on a laptop with 1 GB Ozu slows down less than Ace Plus. I don’t know how anyone else, it constantly hangs with me. Especially with the Multitouch gesture on the main screen.
5) Only 1 GB for Applications.
6) Oh, and the Screen. The pixels are visible even from 35-40 cm, after 2 hours of watching the video, my eyes hurt a lot.
7) By the way, when watching 720p video, it crashes, so you can only watch 480p video at nm.
8) I don't know how anyone has it, but my back cover is loose and makes a very unpleasant creak.
But I will not list all the shortcomings, these are only the main ones.

What we liked

There are very few of them, but still: 1) Weight (Personally, as for me). 2) Protective glass (I tried to scratch with a needle, but nothing came of it). 3) Fast Charge and the same fast Battery Discharge. And that's it!

What did not like

Dulls, freezes, Turns off, Sometimes it is not possible to answer a call!

What we liked

Good gaming percent! Normal camera!

What did not like

1. Dim screen. continuously enters power saving mode and darkens.
2. Weak camera - does not correspond to those indicated in the 5 megapixel characteristic
3. Marked screen. Protective film must be glued
4. Difficulties when accessing the Internet - constantly drops the connection
5. It is not always possible to connect to a wi-fi network
6. Problems in using ISQ - after going offline, the account is defined as "online"
7. And the biggest CROSS !! Frequent interruption of communication with the interlocutor when making a call, regardless of the service provider.
8. Weak battery.

What we liked

1. Large screen 2. Perforated back wall 3. Loud bell 4. Many functions 5. Convenient interface

What did not like

After 1.2 years, he began to blunt hard. Antutu-4278 test. The camera in the dark becomes like 0.3 megapixels, surfing the internet is not convenient, it holds a day of active loads like all smartphones, this smart has been completely forgotten about some updates, etc.

What we liked

1.good screen (gorilla glaz) in general I thought these good qualities small compared to other smarts

What did not like

I would like, in addition to a simple camera (5MP), and at least (1.3mg) front camera! And so everything is great!

What we liked

I purchased it a month ago. I am satisfied with the purchase, with external signs everything is in order, if only fingerprints remain on the screen and back cover... The processor and RAM are quite pleasing to me (on Samsung Gelaxy Ase - not enough, too weak). The app and the internet, everything goes and loads quickly. The screen size has become larger than the first (ASE) 3.65 inches pleases. Do not hesitate to buy, I personally like everything about it
