Hate the app

Okay so I started off loving this app but lately it seems to be crashing a lot. Today I just spent the whole day trying to get onto the app yet every time I tried it just took me to a screen that said galaxy then the app would shut down. I have two accounts with galaxy and I can’t get onto either of them. The app won’t even take me to the log on screen or anything for that matter.
