13) go to Device Manager / Network Adapters and in two drivers LAN and Wi-Fi (I have: Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller and Dell Wirelles 1702 802.11 bgn) in Properties / Power Management, uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".
