12) click Start Hotspot (at the bottom of the window);
13) go to Device Manager / Network Adapters and in two drivers Local network and Wi-Fi (I have: Controller of the Realtek PCIe FE family and Dell Wirelles 1702 802.11 bgn) in Properties / Power management, uncheck "Allow this device to be turned off to save energy". One inconvenience: every time the PC is restarted, these checkboxes need to be removed in a new way. But this point is not required, I just read it somewhere and apply it.
If I need to view the status of a Hosted Network, I use Command line on behalf of the Administrator using the netsh wlan show hostednetwork command. Close the command line with a cross.
