Let's look at the most common options first. Let's start with where we are informed about blocking the interlocutor. What does "subscriber service temporarily suspended" mean in Tele2 on an outgoing call:

  • The subscriber is in an area where the communication signal is very weak, and his device constantly loses the network.

And why does this notice appear all of a sudden?
